TERMS and CONDITIONS

The present General Contracting Conditions – hereinafter CGC -, regulate the purchase conditions of the different products offered in our web: www.quimicasvilahervas.com owned by Químicas Vila Hervás S.L. (hereinafter Químicas Vila Hervás), professional legal person, with CIF – B98801327, and located in Carretera de la Base 7 – MARINES 46163 Valencia – Spain.

Users who make purchases on www.quimicasvilahervas.com fully accept these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase.

It will be an indispensable requirement the reading and acceptance of the GTC, prior to the purchase of any product through www.quimicasvilahervas.com.

In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned, for whatever reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do so, the conditions set forth in this document must be met.

Químicas Vila Hervás reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GTC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.

The prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified according to market fluctuations. However, the completion of the order by filling in the purchase form, implies conformity with the price offered and the general conditions of sale in force at that particular time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will have contractual character and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be filed and the user will have access to it in his customer area.

Shipping

  • Orders paid in advance by any method (PayPal, deposit or transfer) do not incur any charge, but remember that cash on delivery orders have a cost by the transport agency of 2.5 €.

    * We do not ship to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Sorry 🙁 We recommend that you find your nearest distributor in that case.

Returns

The buyer has 14 days as a withdrawal period to return his order. It will be an indispensable condition that the product is unused and in perfect condition, exactly in the same state it was sent. The refund will be made once the product has been checked in our facilities.

Warranties

The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or handling of the product other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In such cases, the consumer shall be responsible for its repair. They are therefore excluded from the warranty:

  • Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with instructions.
  • Modified products .

Order cancellations

Those order cancellations that involve a refund to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to keep the period to no more than 7 days.

Dispute resolution

12. Applicable Jurisdiction

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals which, where appropriate, shall hear the matter, shall be those provided for in the applicable legal regulations regarding competent jurisdiction, in which, in the case of end consumers, the place of fulfillment of the obligation or the domicile of the purchasing party is taken into account. All this without prejudice to the Client’s right to go to the Consumer Arbitration Board of its demarcation. In the case of a sale and purchase made by a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the province of Valencia (Spain).
