- We have more than 250 formulas in our portfolio, especially designed and 100% focused on filling and manufacturing services to third parties with private label.
- We take care of everything: from design or packaging, to the generation of Security Documentes, toxicological safety documentation or the generation of UFI codes to include in all your products. Your product, 100% legal in the market.

- High flow, standard, push and pistol type sprayer.

In-house R+D+I laboratory
Research, experimentation and development take place in our own R&D laboratory, located next to the production center. During all stages of the project, we carry out exhaustive quality controls to ensure compliance with the highest standards. We guarantee the quality of all projects and products by analyzing color, shape, PH, grind granulometry and color control.
Tailor-made formulations
We know that your project is unique, that’s why we do everything we can to make it happen the way you have in mind. Our technicians and engineers can make the precise adjustments to detail to obtain a formulation tailored to your needs, from the selection of raw materials to choosing the formats or packaging that best suits you.
4 Filling Lines + 2 Manufacturing Centers
We have 4 filling lines at your disposal, 3 of which are for filling aerosols and 1 for filling detergency and detailing products. In addition, we have 2 independent raw material transformation centers, one of them for the manufacture of resins, pigments and paints, and the second one for the manufacture and transformation of each batch of detergency and detailing products.
- Basket Mills for the manufacture of all pigment pastes.
- Cowless agitators for the manufacture of resins and detergent products, separated according to production areas.
- 2 automatic and 1 semi-automatic aerosol filling lines with a capacity of more than 2.5 million aerosols in single shift per year.
- 1 automatic line for filling cleaning products with a working and filling capacity of more than 1 million units in a single shift per year.
- Technical and laboratory equipment necessary to supervise and ensure compliance with the quality standards required for each product.
Production versatility
We have the flexibility to service small or large volume production runs. All our products are developed from scratch in our facilities, from the manufacture of pigment pastes, or concentrated broths for detergency, through colorimetry processes and choice of components for filling to the final stage of filling in an automatic machine. We make our process available to you in a simple, economical and scalable way according to your needs.
